To become a home owner you only have to have a character with an active premium account and a minimum of 30 level of experience.

Homes are purchased by bidding on the site: http://www.ronots.pl/
(Just log into your account and enter the Houses Auctions).
Each player can only bid on one auction at a time, so everyone has a chance to buy something.

From the list of available free houses select the one that you are the most interested in and after clicking on the "Bid" you enter the price you're willing to pay for the property.
Remember not to overdo the amount for auction because the rent amount that would come later to pay is 1 / 10 total price.

At the time of the auction system takes money. However, if someone beats your offer the system will give you your money and send it to the depot in Northpool city. In this case, you can proceed to the next auction.

Auctions last for maximum duration of three days. After that time, and with dose of luck and wealth, a house will belong to you.
