This guide is intended for users of "Ubuntu 9.10 (karmic):
at the beginning we need a few libraries and programs:
in the console type [code]sudo apt-get install wine[/code][code]sudo apt-get install qt4-dev-tools[/code]Then we have to download ip-changer:
http://ip-changer.googlecode.com/files/ip-changer-v1.5.4.tar
or if it does not work:
http://rapidshare.com/files/359008393/ip-changer-v1.5.4.tar
Save it to your desktop and unpack

launch the console

Those are the commands to be entered:
[code]cd ~/Pulpit/ip-changer
cmake .
make
make install
ip-changer[/code]From now on, launch the ip changer with the command ip-changer (I recommend to create an activator)

Now we need to take care of the client.
Get Tibia Client for Linux (8.54)

we instal the Windows client through wine (if you're lazy skip this section)

In he client instal folder (Applications / Wine / Browse drive C ">" Program Files / RonOts Client "if you have not changed anything in the path of the client installation)

Copy the files: Tibia.dat, tibia.spr tibia.pic and overwrite those on the Linux client.

Lazy version:
Download the package and overwrite the files in the Linux client:

When we have everything ready to launch the client, run ip-changer.
Then in the ip-changerze enter the following data:
IP Address: ronots.com
Port: 7171
Version: 8.54

and here note, if in the process of starting up even though there is no path to our client or ip does not want to change, click Refresh.

Finally click Change ip and quit (preferably red button in the program, otherwise it is minimized). Enjoy the RonOts client for Linux
