Premium Shop - rules & handling

"Premium Shop" is the place where you can order items for stored premium points that will provide You more possibilities in the game, such as the use of other looktypes, perform more tasks, access to premium areas.

To recharge your account Premium Points, the player has several options which are described on the page: Premium Options.

Taking payments from the customer dealing with services Dotpay, Fortumo and Boacompra.Dotpay Service is responsible for issuing a special "Code" (Terms and conditions: Rules Dotpay).This code after logging must be to enter on ronots.com under the heading "Premium" and then press "Login" button.

Account should be automatically recharged, a defined amount of premium points.However Boacompra services and Fortumo (Rules Fortumo) automatically after making your payment recharge your account balance with defined amount of points premium.

All Premium Items available in the store are described by moving the mouse and highlighting the item position.

Function key "Add" adds a new item on the list of Premium Items you want to buy.

Function Key "Quick Buy" allows You instantly purchase Premium Items, without adding it to your shopping cart.

Number of available Premium Points is quite visible at the top of the Panel Shop and is marked with the inscription: "Your amount of PP". The value of our current shopping cart is displayed in the panel "Shopping Cart".To complete your order you must click on the "View Cart" and then click "Buy Now".However, If you want to change your mind and refrain from buying some Premium Items, simply click on the "View Cart" and then on "Delete" button at the desired position.

Each contracting Store Premium agrees and accepts the Rules of this site, which is available online at: Rules.

For release of ordered Premium Items in Premium Shop is responsible ronots.com service. In case of any irregularities in the functioning Shop Premium (ie failure to select Premium Items), the customer agrees to immediately inform us of this fact by sending an e-mail with an appropriate description to the following address: jakub.czupryna @ gmail.com.The answer should arrive within 7 work days. In case of error, the player is entitled to reimbursement in the amount of premium Points they lost because of this error.
